Your questions, answered

A little clarity before we talk.

How is CFO support different from bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping records transactions and produces financial statements. CFO support uses those numbers to plan ahead through cash flow forecasts, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial guidance. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the work you need and clarify how bookkeeping and CFO support fit together.

Can you help me plan for hiring or growth?

Your CFO can analyze labor costs, forecast cash flow, and assess how a proposed hire or investment affects your budget. That gives you a financial basis for comparing options. We’ll discuss your goals and the information needed to evaluate the decisions ahead.

How much do CFO services cost?

Your CFO scope depends on your business’s financial needs and the planning and reporting work involved. Tell us what you want help with during your consultation. We’ll discuss the services and budget before you decide how to move forward with Ignite Spot.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Bring your business goals, the financial decisions you’re facing, and any current financial reports you have available. We’ll talk through your cash flow, budgeting, and reporting needs, then identify what additional information is needed to define the right CFO support for your business.
