documents-to-outsourced-bookkeeping.jpgI get asked this question a lot.

"If I hire you for online bookkeeping services today, how will I get my documents to you?"

To answer this question once and for all, I want to let you know that there are lots of ways to get documents to Ignite Spot.  It all comes down to how you like to work and and how your business operates.

The Top 4 Ways to Get Documents to Us

#1 - 90% In the Bank

If you're using Ignite Spot for online bookkeeping services, then we'll have you set up a new login for us to access your bank and credit card accounts.  This means that you wont have to send us statements or every reciept you pick up through the day.  In fact, 90% of the transactions in your business will be captured this way which makes your life as a business owner much easier.

#2 - Podio

We use an online project management tool called Podio which keeps everything organized and in its proper place.  The great thing about Podio is that it makes it very easy for you to get documents to your accountant here at Ignite Spot.  All you need to do is drag and drop your digital documents into Podio and we will get them!

#3 - Loving the PO Box

If you have a lot of paperwork that you need to get to us, you can set up a forward to a PO Box near our office.  One of our staff will stop by to pick up your paperwork, scan it, and mail it back to you.  It doesn't get easier than than!

#4 - Pre-Paid Envelopes

If you don't want to set up a forwarding address, we can send you prepaid envelopes.  They are large enough for you to stuff quite a bit of paperwork in them.  As we get the envelopes, we will scan and process them, and then send them back with a new envelope.

When you use online bookkeeping services like Ignite Spot, getting documents to us doesn't have to be hard.
